Returns & Cancellations
At LittlestPetShopFigures.com, we realize how difficult it is to order merchandise on-line, especially for first time buyers. Without actually seeing the goods in front of you, you're never really sure if you're buying exactly what you want. That's why we offer our customers guaranteed satisfaction. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it.

LittlestPetShopFigures.com's Return Policy
1) When You Need to Make a Return, Please Notify Us Within 7 days of  Receiving Your Item.
2) The product must still be in FACTORY SEALED CONDITION. If the Toy's Package is Opened and Played-With, We Will Not Accept the Item for a Return. If opened and/or un-sellable merchandise is returned to us we cannot refund the merchandise and we will not be able to reimburse you for shipping. If the item's factory seal is broken, we cannot accept the item back. Please pack your returns carefully.

If the return was due to an error of ours (i.e., we accidentally sent the wrong merchandise), we gladly will accept responsibility for all shipping costs related to the return. When shipping back the incorrect item to us, please use USPS 1st Class Mail or Priority Mail. Your Credit Card or PayPal Account will be refunded for the shipping, OR We Will Gladly Issue You a Store Credit.
4) If the return is not due to an error of ours (i.e. you placed an order & then decided later on that you don't want it), the buyer accepts full responsibility for all shipping costs plus a 10% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
5) Package returned to us marked "Refused", "Undeliverable", or otherwise, are subject to up to a 20% re-stocking fee.

Refunds are usually issued within 7 business days of us receiving the product back. During the holiday season, please allow up to two weeks for a credit to be issued. Please don't forget to include your order number with any return!


LittlestPetShopFigures.com's Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled as long as they have not been processed - usually the next business day. During the Holiday Season Dec. 1st thru Dec. 25th We Cannot Cancel Orders Once They are Placed Due to the High Christmas Volume. Please contact us to see if your order has not yet been processed and can still be cancelled.
